Same-Day Crowns and Bridges in Irving, Texas

When teeth become lost or severely damaged, it is very important to receive a fast, top-quality restoration. Dental crowns and bridges are some of the most common types of dental restorations available, and they are known for providing outstanding function and appearance. At DFW Dental Service, we take tremendous pride in our same-day crowns and bridges that help patients with everyday tasks, while also restoring the look of their smiles.

Our same-day crowns and bridges are made possible using CEREC technology. CEREC technology allows our experts to create customized restorations right in our facility. The process works by first taking digital photographs of the patient’s teeth. The digital images are then uploaded onto a computer, and computer-aided design (CAD) technology is used to create a customized model. The digital model is then transferred to a CEREC milling machine so that the crown or bridge can be created.

The process for constructing the crown or bridge happens while you wait, and the restoration can usually be applied immediately. For dental restorations that are more intricate, DFW Dental Service also features a complete in-house dental laboratory. Our practice offers crowns and bridges constructed from porcelain, Emax (lithium disilicate), Zirconia and specialized BruxZir material.

A crown is a tooth-shaped appliance that is placed at the site of a lost or damaged tooth. A crown or a “cap” can either be placed on top of an existing damaged tooth structure or at the site of a lost tooth on a dental implant that has been installed in the patient’s jawbone. Crowns can also be used as supporting structures for dental bridges. Since crowns are custom-designed, they appear remarkably natural and blend in seamlessly with the user’s other teeth. We use the finest materials available in our crowns so that they provide the best possible performance for our patients.

While a crown is designed to treat a single tooth, a dental bridge is used to replace multiple missing teeth. A bridge is comprised of one or more artificial replacement teeth that are centered in the middle of two dental crowns on the ends. These crowns are called abutments, and they provide strong structure and support for the bridging teeth in the middle. Each component of a dental bridge is custom-designed so that the entire structure appears as natural as possible.

DFW Dental Service also offers a service warranty on our crowns and bridges. We offer this because we know how important of an investment a dental crown or bridge can be for a patient. If you are suffering from lost or damaged teeth, a same-day dental crown or bridge may be the ideal solution. Please call us at (214) 960-2291 to schedule an appointment.

Our Happy Patients

"I recommend this office to anyone who wants a dentist that is HONEST, professional, and experienced. I saw another dentist previously, who was quoting me much more work than necessary, and over 10x the price out of pocket after insurance. I had a difficult root canal that required more time than expected. The office got me in quickly, and has extended hours."

"First time here. Staff was very friendly, informative and really works with you. They're down to earth people that care about helping you. They're prices are affordable. I came here after going to a very ritzy dentist that only saw me as a payment and not a customer. Here they really were interested in helping me with my dental concerns. And I really appreciated that. I'm a customer for life and my family is too. Everyone deserves a dentist like this."

Vick A.

"I love Dr Davis and his staff! Worked me in on Saturday to evaluate my issue and put me on the path to healing. It takes me over an hour to get to his office but to be honest I would drive any distance to have him for my dentist! Always leave his office with a smile! 😀"
